1. Acceptance

By using the Broxy Games website or playing our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must accept on your behalf.

2. Your account

A Broxy ID lets you sync progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts may not be sold or transferred.

3. Fair play

To keep our games fun for everyone, the following results in warnings, suspensions or permanent bans:

• Cheating, botting, or exploiting bugs for competitive advantage.
• Harassment, hate speech or abuse of other players.
• Buying or selling accounts, boosting services or in-game items for real money outside official stores.
• Interfering with the operation of our services.

4. Purchases

In-game purchases are processed by the platform store (App Store, Google Play, Steam) and follow that store's payment and refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold.

5. Intellectual property

Our games, art, music, trademarks and this website belong to Broxy Games. We love fan content: you may create and share videos, streams, art and guides based on our games, including monetized streams, as long as you don't imply official endorsement or resell our assets directly.

6. Service changes

We may update, change or discontinue features or games over time. For live games, we commit to reasonable notice before any sunset — long-term support is one of our core values, and we take it seriously.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Broxy Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
